Includes

Use of all of Blackwater’s schooling facilities (XC, SJ, warm up areas, all weather arena). Please book the all weather arena if you need sole use of it, ie for a lesson, and please don’t use it when somebody else has booked it.

Use of a stable and turn out.

Use of DIY tack, feed and hay rooms and the wash bays.

We give your horse/pony his/her morning feed (which you are required to leave made up and ready).

Live in on site staff member.

Parking for 1 lorry or trailer at your own risk.

Additional services as for full and part full livery or as required/agreed are available at request as/when required.  These will be charged as extras at an agreed rate on top of the core DIY charge.

Hay/haylage and shavings are available from us if required.  Charged at agreed rate as an extra on top of core DIY charge.

You can also be included in the yard farrier visits (Charlie Gregory) (you book your horse/pony in) and the monthly no fee courtesy vets visits by Chapelfield vets (we advise you of the dates and you book in your horse with Chapelfield.  Likewise with back and teeth visits.  All bills for these services are you responsibility.

You are responsible for keeping your horse/pony fully vaccinated, regularly wormed, for any desired/required insurance for your horse/pony/kit/trailer/lorry/public liability, etc, for keeping your stable, gangway hay and kit areas tidy, your paddocks regularly poo picked, any ragwort promptly removed and disposed on on much trailer, your paddock water full/clean and for promptly reporting broken fences/fence repairs required.  Please also poo pick the all weather arena and clear away any jumps you put up in there after you’ve finished.

Please note that whilst your children, guests and well behaved dogs are very welcome you are responsible for ensuring that they’re safe, supervised and well behaved at all times.
