FULL LIVERY with limited riding/lunging - £520 pcm (£120 pw)
As for standard full livery but we only ride or lunge your horse/pony a maximum of 5 times a week to suit you.
Includes
Use of all Blackwater’s schooling facilities (all weather arena, show jumps, working in areas, cross country courses). We just ask that you book the all weather arena if you need some use of it for a lesson, you don’t use it when it’s booked.
Use of Blackwater and Church Farm Sparham roads and tracks.
Stabling and yard facilities (wash bay, tack, feed and rug rooms).
Live in on site staff (currently our head girl Kelly Jones).
Shavings.
2 standard* feeds a day (supplements/additional feeds/non standard feed types charged as extras).
Our home produced hay/haylage.
Use of paddock including daily turn out (other than in exceptionally foul weather and occasional exceptional circs`). We turn out/bring in for you.
Rug changes (You must advise us if your horse kicks as it may effect what we can safely do in terms of rug changes, turn out companions, etc).
Riding and or lunging a max of 3 times a week to suit you.
Regular grooming (plus baths when needed and weather permitting).
Regular worming in line with the current yard worming programme.
Tack cleaning.
Clipping, mane/tail pulling as/when required/requested.
Organisation of routine and emergency yard farrier and vet visits (Charlie Gregory is our current ‘yard’ farrier and Andrew Illing and colleagues of Chapelfield vets are our current ‘yard’ vets (Andrew currently provides a monthly courtesy visit with no call out charge for routine vaccinations etc). You are however welcome to use your own vets/farrier of your choice.
Organisation of routine back and teeth check visits.
Parking of 1 trailer or lorry at your own risk.
EXTRAS
The following extras are payable on top of the above standard full livery charge.
All vet farrier, back, teeth bills etc (to be paid direct by you unless expressly agreed otherwise), cost of wormers, supplements and non standard/extra feeds, rug cleaning/repairs, re-schooling etc, as defined above, any out of the ordinary time consuming activities such as prolonged tubbing/hosing, dressing wounds/bandaging tends, any other service not included in the above livery summary. You are responsible for the organisation and cost of your own/horse/tack/lorry/public liability insurance etc.
Footnote - definition of standard feeds* Our policy is to adopt and feed a standard 2 feeds a day, feeding regime consisting at any one time of specified core feeds chosen by us on the basis that they suit our liveries. All owners will be kept informed of the feeds in the regime and of any changes. Whilst we are of course happy for your horse to either have additional/larger feeds and/or to be on brands outside or standard regime these will be charged as extras.
Please note that whilst your children, guests and well behaved dogs are very welcome you are responsible for ensuring that they’re safe, supervised and well behaved at all time.
