OUR PART FULL LIVERY SERVICE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

Unlimited free use of our top class facilities including 60 x 20m All weather floodlit menage, BSJA standard show jumps, Cross Country courses ranging from 2’6 to Intermediate British Eventing Horse Trials. Educational natural water complex, ditches, drops etc. BE steeplechase course, and 10 km of our own of Farm roads and tracks.

  Experienced, friendly, knowledgeable/qualified team of full time staff  on site 7 days pw.
• 
  Purpose built American Barn Stabling with 12 x 12 boxes and wash bays. Limited number of outdoor boxes.
• 
  Good year round grazing with individual turn out.   
• 
  Beautiful setting with a lovely relaxed atmosphere for both equine and owner.
• 
  Regular yard “routines” that keep horses settled , with a high standard of care for your horse/pony.
• 
  We feed, muck out, turn out/get in morning and evening, change rugs/boots, brush off,    pick feet out,  deal with horses for vet,  farrier and dentist visits, worm in line with yard routine.
• 
  2 hard feeds/day to suit your horse
• 
  Up to 2 bales pw of shavings/straw mix. Extra at cost if desired.
• 
  Unlimited great quality home produced haylage.
• 
  Experienced on site live in supervision with “evening stables” check, hay net and water top ups.
• 
  Extensive excellent quiet local on and off road hacking including Marriott’s Way, and 10 km of our own farm and horse trials roads and tracks and BE 3 day event steeplechase course.
• 
  On site competitions and clinics throughout the year including Spring and Summer British Eventing  Horse Trials, unaffiliated ODE’s, Hunter Trials, Eventer Trials, Show Jumping, Dressage, Combined Training, Carosel RC shows, endurance rides, PC camp and events, XC and SJ clinics. The West Norfolk and North Norfolk hunts both meet with us. Other good local competition venues, Easton college, Weston Park, Lime Kiln Farm, Grange Farm.

  Schooling, exercising/hacking out/lungeing of your horse for you all available as required as plus services for part full liveries as are clipping, mane pulling, plaiting etc either as part of your core full livery service or as extras as/when needed by owners.

  Use of yard farrier, dentist and vet, or you are welcome to use your own.  
• 
  Routine monthly call out from Chapelfield vets Costessey (no call out charge).
• 
  Kitchen facilities and loos.
• 
  Rug cleaning collection and drop off service from yard.

  DIY (No vacancies): £130 (£30.00 per week)

  DIY + services: Get in/turn out £1.50 each way. Haylage £35 Pcm, £25 pcm for small ponies. All DIY liveries to be on yard haylage

  Grass (No vacancies): £80 (£18.47 per week). Haylage £35/bale

  Church Farm DIY: £95 (£21.92 per week). Haylage £35/bale

  Church Farm Part Full – by arrangement: £345 (£79.62 per week)

  Full ridden livery to owner’s: £563 (£130 per week). All full and limited requirements full services also includes clipping, mane/tail pulling, baths and tack cleaning

  Limited full – ridden 3 x per week: £465 (£107.30 per week)

  Limited full – lungeing 3 x per week: £420 (£96.92 per week)

  Tailored limited full: Charges dependent on service and frequency of ridden/lunge work. Lungeing per session £7 for one or two sessions per week. Ridden work £11 per session for one or two sessions per week
